Life at Carbonetworks

To ensure that employees have their voices heard, the ear of the management team is available to the entire Carbonetworks team. Through constant and sincere communication, a culture of trust has been established in the company, and individuals are encouraged to take ideas from inception through completion, are supported in those efforts, and rewarded for the results. While the company receives the benefit of a high level of commitment and productivity, individuals also are rewarded through constant opportunity to continue to develop professionally.

We have several programs to support the health and well-being of employees. The company has a commuter bike program to encourage employees to both reduce their commuting footprint, but also increase their personal health. Carbonetworks provides coffee, tea, and juices for staff, and the company sponsors employee participation in sporting events such as kayaking, cycling, and local walk and bike to work events.

Most importantly, we believe in walking the talk of sustainability. We have several initiatives underway to reduce the overall footprint of the organization (using Carbonetworks software, of course!) including carbon footprinting for all facilities and staff, bike-to-work programs, free public transit for employees, video conferencing, and verified emissions offsets for the travel we cannot avoid. We believe that to be part of the solution, you need to lead by example.
